Welcome to Hifeno. We provide senior legal services via the domain hifeno.com. By accessing or using our services, info products or goods, you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Senior Legal Services

Our professional team offers consultations, document preparation and representation to seniors and related parties. Details of each service are outlined in individual agreements.

3. Info Products

Info products include digital guides, templates and educational materials related to senior legal matters. These are delivered electronically after purchase.

4. Goods

Goods refer to physical items such as printed manuals, books and related materials shipped to your address.

5. Refund Policy

5.1 Services

Clients may request a refund for scheduled services by notifying us at least 48 hours prior to the first session. Requests made within this period are eligible for a full refund. If you wish to reschedule, please provide at least 72 hours notice; one reschedule per engagement is permitted. Services commenced or cancelled with less than 48 hours notice are not eligible for a refund due to time and resources allocated. Refunds are processed via the original payment method within 14 days of approval.

5.2 Info Products

Purchases of digital materials are eligible for a refund if requested within 7 days of delivery. To initiate, contact our team at Support Team. Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method within 14 days. After 7 days, all sales are final.

5.3 Goods

Physical items may be refunded within 30 days of receipt if they are unopened and in the original packaging. To begin a request, reach out to Customer Care. Once we receive the item, we will confirm its condition and process your refund via the original payment method within 14 days. Items returned after 30 days or opened products are not eligible for a refund.

6. Service Transfer

Clients may transfer a scheduled service to another individual or date, subject to availability and with at least 72 hours notice. Submit transfer requests to our office. Transfers are not applicable to info products or goods.
